| This Buick Magazine from October 1936 shows the front and back cover. The cover shot is actually an ad for the new 1937 Buick. As stated in Don Bent's book "A Place Called Buick" the factory photo used as the background was actually from the 1931-1932 period, but did not get used until this 1936 issue. This view of the Buick complex would be north west. News story including Nov. 1937 story about the new transmission plant. |

This Liberty engine on display could very well be the one owned by the Sloan museum in Flint. It is on loan to the Kalamazoo museum at the present time. I show a picture of it elsewhere in this blog. Here is the link.
