First Flint Buick

Walter Marr in the first Flint built Buick. This view is looking east down Kearsley street between the Buick factory which is only one story at this time and the Flint Wagon Works Factory. It has been said the body for this vehicle was assembled at the Wagon Works and moved by hand to the Buick factory for assembly. In later years Marr stated he had seen the engine from this vehicle running a water pump in Chicago.
